Ella had her 4 month well check yesterday. As you can see, she was not very happy about the 3 shots she received while there! There is no doubt that she's thriving - weight and height were both in the 97th percentile and head circumference continues to grow further off the charts. She weighed in at 17 lbs 9 oz and was 26 inches long. I cannot believe that Ben was only 16 lbs 8 oz at his 4 month appointment! We thought he was huge!
Ella enjoys her tummy time and really wants to sit up. She's not rolling over yet, but is getting closer with a little help! Her favorite activities include watching Ben, going to music class (she sits in her carseat for 45 minutes completely enthralled with the teacher and other kids), looking at herself in the mirror and being outside. She's a happy girl and will smile and coo at anyone who gives her attention! Many nights she will sleep an 8-9 hour stretch and she is starting to get into a bit more of a nap routine during the day which is nice. She is looking forward to her first Halloween this weekend!

LOVE the BOW/FLOWER! I think every girl should have something simple and cute just like that!!!!! She's darling Kristen
Everyone says Ella looks like Carl, but in this picture, she finally resembles Kristen as a little girl. Something about the pout/scowl brings back very distinct memories of Kristen. ;-)

I agree, Em! Thanks for giving me the link to the Etsy site. I also shared the link with the lady who took Ella's newborn photos and she bought some flowers and hats for her sessions!!
